Talents & A-Z Staffing: Recruitment and placement services for the Construction, Oil/Gas, Energy, and Education sectors.

Training Services: Professional development and certification programs.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, K2Excel owns the intellectual property rights for all material on www.k2excel.com.

Restrictions: You may not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material, training manuals, or proprietary QMS templates provided by K2Excel without express written consent.

Certificates: All K2Excel issued certificates are the property of the Company until successfully awarded to a candidate. Tampering with or forging K2Excel credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

K2Excel maintains strict ownership of all training syllabi and proprietary quality standards developed for our clients.

3. User Obligations & Conduct
As a user of our website or services, you agree:

To provide accurate and current information (especially when submitting resumes or business credentials).

Not to use the website for any fraudulent or high-risk activity in the industrial sectors we serve.

To respect the confidentiality of any proprietary business processes shared during QMS consulting.

4. Staffing & Recruitment Disclaimer
No Guarantee of Employment: While K2Excel strives to match "ALL Talents" with top-tier firms, submission of a resume does not guarantee placement or employment.

Candidate Verification: K2Excel performs due diligence, but final hiring decisions and workplace safety remain the responsibility of the hiring client.

5. Training & Certification
Attendance: For training programs (such as the 4-day Construction Project Management course), certificates are only issued upon full completion and meeting the required assessment standards.

Validity: The "Validity of K2Excel Issued Certificates" is subject to our internal verification registry. K2Excel reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it was obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Nova Scotia provincial law), K2Excel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

The use or inability to use our website.

Technical errors in QMS implementations by the client.

Decisions made by third-party employers in the Oil/Gas, Energy, or Construction sectors.

7. Global Use & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada.

If you access our services from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with your local regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as designated.
